We are located in the Arrowhead Place Building on the corner of 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue West. Longtime area residents might be more familiar with this historic building as the "Old Duluth Clinic." Because of one-way streets, the entry to the parking lot is from the alley on 3rd Avenue West as you drive up the hill, and from 2nd Avenue West as you drive down the hill. If these directions are confusing, simply call for assistance. There is free parking in the rear of the building in the spaces marked "Duluth Psychological Clinic."
