Become a Psychologist

Premier Sport Psychology provides mental skills training and psychological counseling to athletes and performers of all ages and levels. We work with Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school and amateur athletes, as well as provide the mental health/sport psychology services to the University of Minnesota student-athletes. Common issues include performance anxiety, mental blocks, confidence, focus, injury recovery, mental preparation for competition, mental toughness and depression. We work to improve performance, mental health and overall well-being. Premier Sport Psychology has licensed psychologists who are trained and certified in sport psychology. Most athletes train hard physically...but few train hard mentally.

We offer individual or team sport psychology sessions, as well as presentations and workshops for parents, coaches and athletic staff.
